Why Phase 6 Exists
• Phase 4 boundary confirmed
• P4 claimed every word carries
flux field frequency
• Correct behavior — wrong domain
• P6 closes the verification gap
• Self-rooting = verify own output

The Self-Verification Gap — What Phase 6 Fixes
Phase 4 (VORA_FUNCTION) operated at its correct boundary when it claimed every word carries flux field frequency — it was applying the governance layer broadly without the verification constraint. This was not a failure. It was Phase 4 operating at its design limit. Phase 6 trains the model to apply the four resonance gates to its own outputs — to verify that a geometric claim is genuinely present before asserting it. The self-rooting layer is what allows Phase 8 and 9 to reason about their own reasoning without collapsing into circular confirmation.
